River Crossing Playback Theatre, May 2024
Established in 2007, River Crossing Playback Theatre served the Healing York Initiative to bridge racial divisions in York, Pa. Since then, the troupe has grown, which has led them to host workshops and performances at colleges, schools, health care facilities, retirement communities, and other venues.
Artistic Director Chris Fitz has trained, performed, and led workshops in improvisational arts since 2003 in Pennsylvania, Germany, and Washington, D.C. Chris holds an M.A. in International Peace and Development Studies and a B.A. in International Conflict Resolution.
